Basecamp Oulanka provides comfortable and cosy accommodation in a stunning location overlooking Lake Juuma and backing onto  Oulanka National Park , situated in a remote, wonderful, unspoilt wilderness location.

This room is ideal as a twin or a family room. It has two single beds (80 cm wide), and a loft that can accommodate 1-2 persons using extra beds. There is a cupboard, desk and chairs and a terrace/balcony in each room. All rooms have ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower, and a free wireless internet connection.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and served daily 8AM to 10AM at Basecamp's restaurant.

The room rate includes accommodation for two people. If there are 3-4 people staying, book also the necessary number of extra beds.

Check-in: 3PM-10PM. Check-out: before 12 noon.

There is no TV, no newspaper, no radio, and no minibar. All this makes your stay a true holiday far away from the evil world.

We want our guests to experience the wild surrounding us. We have minimised light and sound pollution. During the darker time of the year everyone will get a head torch for the duration of their stay. Sleeping in quality beds and peaceful surroundings is relaxing.

After breakfast which is included in the room rate you will have all the energy you need for a day of adventures in Oulanka National Park. In the evenings you can relax your muscles in the sauna and hot tub.
