Snowshoeing into the Winter Night

As darkness falls, we put on our snowshoes and head torches and set off on an evening walk through the snowy forest. In the darkness and silence, we experience the peace of the wilderness. The glowing white snow, stars and moon light our way. If we are lucky, we may also see the magical Northern Lights dancing across the night sky.

Outdoor lighting at Basecamp is kept to a minimum, creating lovely opportunities to admire the starry sky. With little light pollution, the Northern Lights are also easier to see. Our guide will be happy to share tips on capturing the night scenery with your camera.

During the tour, we enjoy a hot drink while taking in the night sky. The tour lasts 2 hours.
